Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees is vital to the success of our business. Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy sets out our commitment to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all our employees and promote wellbeing at work. We work with our contractors, suppliers and customers to continuously monitor health and safety issues and meet our commitments.
Health and Safety within the L+O Group is monitored by the OH&S Committee with its main purpose being to provide a formal process for consultation with all employee and management OHS representatives on workplace safety initiatives. The safety committee also monitor the operation and effectiveness of the various safety programs and systems within the L+O Group and assist management to encourage safe work practices.
